PURPOSE:To keep constant the entire size with a simple constitution, by respectively providing a metallic film for shield at a part of a side surface of interstage coupling of a resonator. CONSTITUTION:Components 2-4 of a resonator is formed at the inner wall of a hole gap made to almost in coincidence with the center shaft of a rectangular soild consisting of dielectric substance by providing metallic film or inserting metallic rod to this hole gap. The components 2-4 of this resonator are contained in a shield case 1 so that the orientation of the components of the resonators being consecutive and adjacent is opposite with each other. Metallic films 13-16 for shield are provided at a part of the interstage coupling side surface of the dielectric substance for the components of the resonators 2-4. Thus, the entire size can be kept constant without changing by the load Q.
