WATER CLEANING PROCESS FOR PREHEATER OF BOILER WATER FEEDING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To neutralise soot and remove it by a method wherein boiler hot water is injected aginst soot adhered on the outer surface of a heat transmitting pipe in a preheating pipe for boiler water feeding system to generate a thermal shock against the soot. CONSTITUTION:Feed water preheating unit 4 is arranged in the chimney block 2 of the boiler 1. Boiler blow pipe 6 is provided with a number of nozzles, and condensed blow water in the boiler is to be injected against the combustion gas. Soot adhered on the outer surface of the heat transmitting member is changed to an acid by sulfur constituent in the combustion gas, and on the other hand the boiler water is changed to alkali. When the boiler water is injected into a combustion gas passing through a group of the boiler pipes, the boiler water neutralises the soot adhered on the outer surface of the heat transmitting surface and at the same time the soot may be peeled off and removed.
