PURPOSE:To contrive upgrading the accuracy of reduction pulverization properties of a sintered ore, by combining feedforward control determined from chemical component values by prescribed particle size ranges of a blended raw material with feedback control due to the practically measured reduction pulverization properties of a sintered ore in the course of production. CONSTITUTION:Weight ratio by particle size range of each raw material charged into each raw material tank 11...1n by primary conveyor belts 81...8n is measured and simultaneously chemical component values are also chemically analyzed in each raw material tank. These measurements are inputted to a setting device 9. The resulting settings are transmitted to an average chemical component operation device 10, and, on the other hand, delivery amounts practically measured by delivery amount measuring devices 111...11n at the lower end of each tank 11...1n are also transmitted to the device 10. Subsequently, the device 10 calculates average chemical component values by particle size ranges when blended in a mixer 2 from each setting of chemical component values and of weight ratios by prescribed particle size ranges in each raw material tank and from the delivery amounts practically measured in each raw material tank, and then transmits those average chemical component values to the reduction pulverization properties control device 12. Thus, the reduction pulverization properties of a sintered ore in the course of the production are controlled to agree with the target value of the reduction pulverization properties.
