CONSTITUTION:Rubber is coated on a cord comprising metallic filaments and cut at a desired angle to make the cord bias fabric 3. A wavy shape is given to the cord bias fabric 3 by press dies having wave shaping surfaces or by rolls 1 in the thickness direction of the cord bias fabric 3. Further, the wave shaping is changed to the length direction of the cord bias fabric through the press dies having plain shaping surfaces or through rolls 2.
