PURPOSE:To provide a device which is easy to maintain and clean and capable of simply and accurately measuring the amount of granular substances or fluid continuously discharged by weighing the weight of a slant container when such substance is introduced into the slant container and caused to naturally fall down along its slant surface. CONSTITUTION:Granular substances or fluid which continuously and naturally fall from a fixed height are caused to flow into through the upper opening of a slant container having a built-in weighing machine, to slide down along its slant surface and then flow out through its lower opening, and the weight of the container at that moment is measured. For example, granular substances 7 are introduced through the upper chute 2 of a slant container having slant surface 3, and caused to naturally fall down along the slant surface 3 and flow out through the lower chute 4. At this time, the amount of discharge is continuously measured by multiplying the weight of the slant container measured by the weighing machine 5 with a fixed coefficient. By this method, granular substances or fluid can be simply and accurately measured by a simple device which is easy to maintain and clean without the necessity for a forced drive device of granular substances.
