The toy or puzzle comprises a solid body, e.g. a cube, provided with ducts a short distance below, and parallel to, its faces, and parallel narrow slots in these faces connecting with the respective ducts. A number of elements each consist of a flat square with a rod extending from the centre of one side and a ball at the end of the rod. Each rod extends through a slot with the square lying on a cube face and the ball slidable in a duct. The cube edges are radiused and the ducts follow these radii. The squares of the elements cover all six cube faces but one elements is omitted which allows sliding all elements in turn, e.g. to produce different colour patterns if the squares are differently coloured.FL.
