A shaped disposable insert and holder thereof, the insert being adapted in said holder having bottom and side wall portions to define a receiving space for said insert. The insert is characterized in: a thin-walled bottom portion (9) and a sidewall (8) joined thereto, said sidewall having a thin walled lower portion and a relatively stiff upper portion; a relatively stiff upper collar (11) joined to and extending downwardly from an upper edge (10) of said sidewall; and means for locating said insert (7) in said holder (2) comprising at least one projection (13) extending annularly around one of said stiff upper portion and said downwardly extending collar and spaced from the insert upper edge, said projection engaging the sidewall portion (3) of said holder near an upper edge (14) of said holder to position said insert in said holder. The holder is characterized in a bottom portion (4) and a sidewall (3) to define a receiving space for an insert, the holder sidewall having an inside surface and an outside surface; and a recess (15) extending annularly around an upper portion of the holder sidewall on one of said inside surface and said outside surface and adpated to receive a projection on an insert collar to locate the insert in the holder.
