A mechanism double latch to engage two spaced locations with a flexible lid in a pair of anchors separated similarly, a compartment in which is mounted movably said lid, said latch mechanism comprising: first and second means of hook to engage said anchors; mounting means for mounting to said engagement means in said flexible cover in separate locations therein; and control means latching connected between said first and second engagement means for limiting the action of engagement of said latching means so that only engage concurrently in said anchors, so that the independent coupling one prevents any said engagement means relative to only one of said anchors.
