Device for fixing locks on doors, particularly of glass, characterized by being formed from a rectangular, flat, hollow, open on one of its minor lateral faces through a large window prismatic body, preferably obtained from stainless steel, whose lower face provided with said window extends laterally in a flap which is bent immediately and orthogonally defining with the body a narrow and deep groove aimed at the fitting of the corresponding edge of the door and whose thickness corresponds, being provided that the said window is intended to constitute access to the interior space of the device body of a conventional lock "recessed" type whose faceplate is fixed by screws to the body of the device.
