Operation procedure for breathalyzers with sensor type semiconductor.Through a heating element (2) is heated in a First stage.The atmosphere surrounding the sensor (1) type semiconductor to make present the appropriate Conductive Properties and decrease the alcohol concentration in the Air surrounding it.Then the temperature is lowered to a value of work, Disconnect the heating element, and the air is introduced to analyze in the compartment (21) of the sensor.Finally, we measured changes in the electrical Properties of the same that is produced by the variation of the concentration of alcohol.
