Procedure to eliminate Organic Coating of Aluminium alloy Scrap. Consistent fluxes in deposition of salts on the surface of the Scrap before removing the Coating by combustion.Uses an aqueous solution containing at least 4% mixture formed by Flux salts, metal halide, preferably between 40 - 60% KCl and 60 - 40% with addition of NaCl, NAF and KF - or in a total amount of up to 3%.The application of the solution is performed by Spraying the Scrap metal in the form of separate Fragments, which are then dried, combustion carried out at a temperature between 400 to 500 degrees Celsius.
