A B S T R A C TVENETIAN BLIND AND TAPE ROLL SUPPORT FORA VENETIAN BLINDA venetian blind includes a tape roll supportwhich is fitted in a venetian blind headrail of channel-shaped cross-section, formed of a lower web and front andrear flanges, and having an inturned rim at the upper freeedges of the flanges. The tape roll support includes abase, an inclined front wall extending upwardly andforwardly from the base and a rear wall extending upwardlyfrom the base. Upper inclined portions at the tops of thefront and rear walls are engageable by the inturned rims ofthe headrail to hold the base in engagement against thelower web of same. The support can be fitted merely bypushing it downwardly into the headrail,which is caused toflex by the cam-like action of the inclined front wallof the support and spring back to hold the support in place.
