The machine consists of two head parts (1,2) which are linked to each other at the top and which are provided in each case with a motor (13) for the translation during the working stroke and with a motor (6) for the translation during the return stroke, as well as of a rotor (9) which is provided with penetration elements (30) in the bed of the organic material and which is caused to rotate by its own device (20). The unit which transmits the working movement to the two head parts (1,2) is formed by a gear motor (13) and a wheel (7), preferably rubber-tyred, with a reaction-free connection. The rotor (9) consists of a series of wheels which are spaced apart along the shaft (10) and which are connected to each other by means of axles (31) arranged at the periphery of these wheels, which axles (31) receive coil springs (32) of which one free end (30) comes into contact with the organic material to be treated and the other end forms an integral whole with one of the ends of the spring (32), which is arranged on the axle (31) adjacent and parallel to the abovementioned first axle (32) and which is offset by half a step.
