Metal enclosed gas-filled, three-phase medium-voltage switchgear installation

In an encapsulated medium-voltage switchgear, a metal housing (1) is closed without access. The metal housing (1) contains electronegative gas and at least three rotary switches (7) with the switch positions O, I, earth. Each rotary switch (7) is arranged in an insulating material housing (8) containing electronegative gas. The gas of the insulating material housing (8) is connected to the gas of the metal housing (1). The insulating material housing (8) supports their rotary switches (7). Switching shafts (9) of the rotary switches (7) are each provided with an extension (10) which is sealed out of the metal housing (1) and connected to a drive (16) there. The metal housing (1) has feedthroughs (2) for cables (3) to be connected, which are aligned parallel to the front of the housing on its base (1c). The head wall (1b) of the metal housing (1) carries a fuse device consisting of three fuses (4) and three associated insulating material capsules (11) and also a transformer branch (6). A side wall of the metal housing (1) has an expansion connection (12). The switchgear is absolutely maintenance-free, climate-proof and can be set up both indoors and outdoors.
