The non-reciprocal phase shifter of micro-strip construction has a winding (H) around an inner sleeve (R) of ferrite material, as in the main patent. This forms a dielectric support for the winding, which is a metal strip. These parts are enclosed by an outer sleeve (HU) of magnetic or non-magnetic dielectric material, to reduce losses. - The outer sleeve has a metal layer (M) around the outside, which is electrically connected to the metal layer on the hole (I) through the interior of the inner sleeve.(1)
