Power station with air-cooled water cooling tower - uses upward flow of air and down flow of water for waste energy recovery

The arrangement is particularly intended for a power station using an atmospheric water cooling tower. The upward flow of the cooling air drives a bladed rotor producing further electric power. The downward flow of the water is used to produce further additional power by driving a further rotor or by adding to the energy driving the rotor, normally driven by upwards air flow.
