The system uses a swing motion of a cybernetic system with a periodical alternation of the magnitude order for flow and rotation energy of acceleration. The alternating motion forms a transition from positive to negative potential causing dampening or even delay. The swing motion must by symmetrical in the applied time cross section. The space-time-dimension turn of the mechanical energy, the work, and the torque remains in the process region with hyperenthalpy. Thus during each partial period of the swing an energy factor is delivered to the tensor total energy. This requires either heavy rotors or high electric voltages and pulsed, non-linear resistances of electric machines. Mostly also negative resistors or capacitive oscillation circuits can be used with discharges in transformers.
