The housing is made of an insulating material and has a hinge hole (19) in its upper edge, and a second hinge hole (20) directly opposite and coaxially below the first (19). The second hinge hole (20) is in a hinge support block (14), formed from one piece with a shoulder and guide element (16) for positioning the support (14) in the housing wall, after which it is fixed with a bolt or screw. The shoulder prevents the hinge support (14) from being pushed too far into the recess (18) in the housing. To fix the lid (24), the upper hinge pin (11) is inserted into the upper housing hole (19), and the lower hinge pin (11) inserted into the recess in the hinge support (14). The latter is then pushed into the housing (18) where a wall section (25) below it acts as an additional support.
