A dynamic balance for insertion in conveyor belts carrying goods transfers the weight of the goods to an electromagnetic measurement transducer whose electrical output signal is evaluated. The weighing accuracy of the b alance is improved compared to that of similar dynamic balances. The balance contains a weighing table which acts upon one end of a fixed lever beam mounted perpendicular to the conveying direcgion. The other end of the beam protrudes into a switch box contg. a measurement transducer acted upon by the end of the beam. The weighing table acts upon the lever beam via a knife edge support. The beam is supported on another knife edge support which forms the lever axis. The table can be moved vertically on a support rod.
