The one-part folding carton is square shaped when closed and is suitable for transport. It is made from corrugated board to hold goods in two parallel rows with receptacles for separate items formed from a base common to all receptacles. Uninterrupted cutouts (13) are provided in the cover wall (9) near to the small sides (3) and parallel to them which lead into a tear-open perforation line (14) of the side wall (8). The angle formed between these cutouts (13) of the cover wall (9) and the side wall (8) includes a perforation line (15).
