The mechanical drive consists of an annular stator which rotates around the central axis (2). A second unit is centrered on the axis (4) in such a way as to rotate about tbe axis (5) making an angle (X) with the horizontal. The stator (1) and the second unit (3) are in contact at a point which revolves around the edge of tbe stator (1). The surfaces may drive by friction contact or they may consist of gears with the same number of teeth. The drive generates an oscillation in the second unit.
