To prevent damage from rust, provision is made for closing a sheathing tube containing stress members, in a prestressed concrete building component. Use is made of a ring (8) closed on one side, and with its other side joined to the component (1) with gastight effect. It encloses the mouth of the tube (2). It can be closed by a foil hood (10), and ring and/or hood can be fitted for gas intake and/or extraction (9). It can have an L profile. 1& 2.
