Digital driver stage for transistor switch - receives lower reference voltage than that fed to switch stage

The driver stage (A) for a switch stage (B) using transistors with a low response threshold itself exhibits a higher response threshold and is supplied with a reference voltage (n1) less than that for the switch stage (B) in relation to the supply potential (P). Pref. the difference between the two reference voltage (N1,M) is equal to half the difference between the response threshold of the driver stage (A) and that of the switch stage (B). Pref. the driver stage (A) uses an OR gate (2) and the switch stage (B) uses a MOSFET (3), the former being preceded by an AND gate (1). Both gates (1,2) receive a positive supply potential (P) and the reference voltage (M) for the AND gate (1) and the MOSFET (3) coupled to a negative potential (N) via a series diode (4) and resistor (5), the reference voltage (N1) for the OR gate (2) taken from the junction between them.
