The cladding is made of heat-storage components, esp. oven tiles. It is used in an insert for an oven fired by agas, oil or solid fuel. Round bars, threaded at the ends, are mounted at the corners of a base frame and are fixed at the upper end to a top frame so as to form a skeleton in which prefab wall and door sections are secured and clamped. The front can form a door, the door leaves hinging in a recessed frame with bolts by which it is secured to the base and top frames.
