A plastic compsn. malleable by hand consisting of PVC and additives such as plasticisers and fillers esp. suitable for children to make artistic items, the formed compsn. being hardenable by heat is characterised by a PVC polymer whose kneadability remains the same over a wide shear tension range. The compsn. is storage stable, as viscosity increase due to swelling is prevented keeping the compsn. malleable.
