Natural fertiliser mfr. by fermentation of cellulosic wastes - in which fertiliser is dehydrated by the fermentation gases supplemented by solar heat

Parent patent describes the mfr. of a dry, stable fertiliser from various organic wastes using the gas produced during the preliminary fermentation as the source of heat. In this addn., the gas evolved by the complete fermentation of the wastes is used to dehydrate these same wastes at a low temp. and is assisted by recovered solar energy. A saving fuel costs can be effected by dehydrating wastes at a low temp. by means of the gas produced by their fermentation supplemented by solar heat energy. The prod. is stable and retains its fertilising power.
