Seismic movement simulation for testing building construction - involves firing several individual buried chemical explosive charges

Seismic movements at a point location are simulated using a number of spaced chemical charges which are buried and follow a line passing through the required point. The simulation checks that safety rules have been applied to construction of building. A number of chemical explosive charges are buried at particular depth with particular separation. Charges are laid in line passing through the required point. Each charge is fired independently each with a delay w.r.t. its neighbour. The delay is chosen so that frequency filtering by the ground does not attenuate required range of frequencies.
