The selector has P integrated circuit switches. The signal at a switch output is obtained by controlling the corresponding input. A selection circuit is connected to the outputs of the switches. The selection circuit delivers as an output a signal whose value is a function of a combination between at least two outputs, one at each switch. The maximum number of values that the signal can take is equal to the sum of the combinations between the outputs of the switches taken two by two, three by three or P by P. Each selection circuit combination has an output and produces all the combinations between the outputs of the switches in the type of corresponding combination.
