Self-supporting polystyrene ceiling panels - grooved to carry fibrous:cement coating to enhance fire resistance of underside of panel

Ceiling panels of expanded polystyrene shaped to rest upon and cover the underside of conventional flanged rafters feature undercut channels on the underside of the panels to secure a lining of fibrocement for added fire resistance. Pref. the channels have a dovetail section. Refers to use of coatings based on a blend of cement and 'AGRESTA' (RTM) which is water repellant, stabilised and silicified.
