The maisonette is constructed of wooden sections including a frame (1) positioned on the ground which supports flooring panels (2). The lateral sides (11,12) of the frame receive uprights (3) at regular intervals which support the roofing frames (4). The transverse sides (13,14) of the frame (1) receive other uprights (5) the upper parts of which support the bases (16) of the outermost roofing frames (6). Vertical panels (7) are inserted between pairs of uprights (3,5) and may contain door (P) and window (F) frames. A roof (T) is installed over the roofing frames (4,6).
