The window canopy has the shape of a solid figure with five faces, of which the top three are covered in a material the same as or simulating the roof material of the building, such as tiles or slates. The framework on which the faces are fixed is made up of a bottom horizontal chassis and a back vertical chassis connected by ironwork. Four L shaped brackets are fixed to the wall, and the four notches, two on the top rear travers and two on the bottom rear traverse, are wedged behind the brackets.
