The cheque holder has an identity card holder fixed to it to prevent fraud. The holder has two flaps and one of these has press fasteners to hold the cheque book and the other holds the identity card. The card is in two parts and the identity card is put between these and they are then bonded together. The flaps only open as far as 90 degrees. The identity card can show a photograph of the holder and his account number.
