The engine has a driving rotor (06) with a projecting piston lug (30). The piston travels through the space (40) formed between the stator (32) and the rotor to vary its volume. A sealing rotor (18) revolves in the opposite direction and touches (36) the driving rotor to form one end of the working space (40). It has a recess (39) to accommodate the piston. There is an inlet port (44) near the sealing point and an exhaust port (46) on the other side of it. An outlet almost diametrically opposite the sealing point is linked by a vacuum valve to the exhaust (48). It prevents the formation of pressures lower than exhaust pressure.
