The toothpaste extruder supplies a toothbrush (c) with toothpaste extruded from a tube (a) fixed to a suction port (5) of the extruder in response to reciprocation of piston (15). This reciprocation is produced by pressing the toothbrush into a toothbrush receiver (6) provided on the housing (2) of the extruder. The amount of toothpaste supplied is selectable so that the amount can be increased ore creased in conformity with the needs of the user.
