Safety device for breathalyser incorporating non-return valve - to prevent accidental inhalation of fumes from indicator chemicals

Breath testing devices used to estimate the amt. of alcohol consumed by a motorist frequently require the motorist to exhale through an ampoule, contg. indicator chemicals. The device comprises a tube into one end of which the indicator ampoule is fitted. The other end of the tube accepts a tubular connector to a renewable mouthpiece. The inner end of the connector is equipped with a non-return valve. Prevents accidental inhalation of unpleasant or dangerous fumes from the chemicals.
