Heterocyclic phosphoric acid derivatives of the formula ##STR1## where R, R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, X and Y have the meanings given in the disclosure. The compounds are suitable for combating pests from the class of insects, Acarina and nematodes.
