INJECTING METHOD OF CHEMICAL LIQUID FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING APPLICATION

PURPOSE:To enable a used chemical liquid injection tube to be crushed into fine fragments, by a method wherein a glass tube, having a thickness wider than a maximum clearance between a casing pipe and a drill bit, is used as the chemical liquid injecting tube. CONSTITUTION:Chemical liquid injection tubes 6 consisting of a glass tube are inserted into a casing pipe 5 as they are connected together through the medium of a coupling 7, and a chemical liquid is fed by pressure for injection. After an injection is completed, a ground 1 is hardened and simultaneously the chemical liquid in the casing pipe 6 is also cured, whereby a drill 2 is inserted into the casing pipe 5, and the inside of the casing pipe 5 is bored through rotary and reciprocating movement of a drill bit 4. the thickness of the chemical liquid tube 6 is wider than a maximum clearance between the casing pipe 5 and the drill bit 4, whereby the drill bit 4 reliably makes contact with the chemical liquid tube 6 to crush the chemical injection tube into fine fragments.
