In this case, the luminance of a specified part 6b of the photographing picture is compared with the lumiance of its circumferential part 6a, and when contrast of both the luminances has become a prescribed value, a deciding signal is generated from a luminance difference discriminating circuit 51 and 59, and when this deciding signal is generated, a delaying circuit 71 delays a time point for starting the integration of the photoelectric current, by a constant interval of time from when running of the shutter front curtain has been started.
