PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of fuel NOx and thermal NOx due to a powerful reducing process of CO, H2 and the like by feeding pulverized coal in a double injection sandwiching a recirculating gas internally and externally while injecting water from the center. At the same time, atomized water from a 3-fluid oil burner 24 at the center and carbon of hydrocarbon during the combustion cause a water gas reaction. Generated oxcides of N are reduced by CO and H2.
