PURPOSE:To save water in a tank and to shorten operation time, by feeding the water from a tank after a test of hydraulic pressure to the succeeding tank under pressure. CONSTITUTION:A tank 14 is sealed and compressed air is fed. Tanks 11, 12, 13, etc., are nearly of the same size, so the pressure of the compressed air is slightly higher than that of the water column of a tank, so that the water in the tank 14 is all moved to the tank 13 and fills it.
