UPWARD AND DOWNWARD MOVING DEVICE FOR MIRROR AND LIGHT SHIELDING PLATE OF SINGLE-LENS REFLEX CAMERA

PURPOSE:To obtain a high-reliability elevating device of simple structure as an upward and downward moving device for the mirror and light shielding plate of a single-lens reflex camera, by performing elevating and lowering operation corresponding to the forward and backward rotation of a motor. CONSTITUTION:In a driving mechanism for the mirror and light shielding plate of a large-sized single-lens reflex camera which uses a lens shutter, a pin 10 rotates a lever 12 counterclockwise as a large-diameter gear 9 rotates counterclockwise by the forward rotation of a motor 8, elevating a mirror through the side part pin of the mirror. Once the pin 10 passes a neutral point N, a groove 11 coincides with the motion track of the pin 10, so the mirror is held at an elevation position; and the pin 10, on the other hand, presses a lever 24, so the light shielding plate is elevated by the pin 21 to operate a microswitch 27 at a point E, stopping the motor. In downward moving operation, the pin 10 moves from the point E to a point S in the opposite way.
