ADHESION OF SHEETS WITH ENDLESS INSULATOR

PURPOSE:Lower electrode plates are placed inside an endless insulator with a length several times that of the substrate sheet, the sheets are placed on the insulator respectively and adhered as the insulator is moved in order to enable continuous operations with sheet quality stabilized. CONSTITUTION:For example, the lower electrode plate C and the bed plate D are placed inside the endless insulator A of a length several times that of the substrate sheet so that the insulator A is positioned at an arbitrary part between the lower and upper electrode plates of the internally heating adhesion machine. The raw fabrics 1, 2 are placed on one end of the insulator and the worker E stands on the other end. The worker unrolls the raw fabrics 1, 2 to effect adhesion on the endless insulator A and resultingly, the adhered sheet sticks to the endless insulator A to such a level as they are fixed to each other. Further, the endless insulator is moved in order at a prescribed interval and adhesion is effected to enable continuous operations. The worker releases the adhered sheets from the insulators and repeats the movement of the endless insulator A and heating.
