PURPOSE:To eliminate clogging caused by the substance to be transported by installing a compressed air blowing-in port which is directed to the downstream side on the upstream side from the part where the substance to be transported tends to clog a pipe and blowing the compressed air into said compressed air blowing-in port when the piping is blocked.
