PURPOSE:To put a raw material for bean curd and fried bean curd directly in a container, followed by molding, hydrating, and coagulating, without using a cloth of bean curd and fried bean curd for laying a raw material obtained by adding a coagulant to soybean milk, by using the container provided with proper holes, mesh strainer, gaps, filtering material, etc. CONSTITUTION:A container having proper holes, mesh strainer, gaps, filtering material, etc. is directly charged with a raw material for bean curd and fried bean curd obtained by adding a coagulating agent to soybean milk, it is molded, hydrated, and coagulated.
