PURPOSE:To decrease noise components, by weighting equidistantly a digital signal in response to the fetching separate time, comparing the averaged and corrected value with the original value and delivering the corrected value when the difference between the original value and the corrected value exceeds the set value. When the difference between both data is within the set range of a setting device 6, the data an is selected and transmitted as an output signal OUT.
