THREE-DIMENSIONAL NC LASER PROCESSING MACHINE HAVING NUMERICAL CONTROL COMPUTER WITH PLAYBACK CIRCUIT

PURPOSE:To perform processing with high accuracy, by forming an NC program of two-dimensional profile, scanning the remaining axis to a three-dimensional materials to be worked playing back the data and forming a three-dimensional profile. CONSTITUTION:First, a two-dimensional profile NC tape is formed and set to a numerical control computer, and a draw panel A is set to a prescribed position of a table 1 of a gate type NC processing machine. The surface of the draw panel is scanned with a tracer 18 movable toward Z direction fitted to a movable sliding frame 5 toward X and Y directions to form a three-dimensional profile NC tape. Through a new three-dimensional profile NC tape, a laser light is irradiated 12 to trim the draw panel. Further, the shape is checked and the result is fed back to a two-dinensional profile NC tape for the correction. The same operation as previous operations is repeated with a corrected tape and a three-dimensional profile NC tape obtained with a normal shape is taken as normal tape for highly accurate processing.
