PURPOSE:To enable a small size anchor to work as a large capacity stay anchor, by a method wherein a resistance plates are unfolded longitudinally and latitudinally along a guide surface for a base plate of a stay lever, and each forward end of the resistance plates is propulsively embeded in an outer peripheral wall of a hole. CONSTITUTION:Concave lines 8 in first resistance plates mate their respective guide slopes 3 of a first base plate 5 at a lower end of a stay lever 1, a device is inserted through a hole 18, an impact striking pipe 20 mates the stay lever 1 to strike it, each resistance plate of the first resistance plate 6 is unfolded longitudinally and latitudinally along the guide slope 3 of the first base plate 5 to move it forward, and each forward end part 21 of the first resistance plate 6 is propulsively buried in an outer peripheral wall 22 of the hole 18. The impact striking pipe 20 is pulled off from the stay lever 1, a spacer 17, a second base plate 12, and a second resistance plate 6' are fitted to the stay lever 1 in order at a spot above the first resistance plate 6, the impact striking pipe 20 is fitted to the stay lever 1 again, the second resistance plate 6' is unfolded by striking the impact striking pipe 20, and earth is consolidated in the hole 18 to complete an embedding work.
