AUTOMATIC CLEANING APPARATUS FOR SOLID HOLDING POCKET

PURPOSE:To achieve a higher cleaning effect with a simple construction by cleaning a pocket with a compressed fluid in a detecting equipment designed to convey solid agents such as capsule held therein. CONSTITUTION:Gapsules stored in a hopper 2 are shifted to a pocket provided in the perimeter of a supply drum 3 rotating. Then, the capsules 14 conveyed with the drum 3 are shifted to a pocket 19 provided in the perimeter of an inspection drum 4. The inspection drum 4 is provided with a negative pressure chamber 9 and conveys the capsules sucking them. When the negative pressure chamber 9 is positioned at the power half of the drum, a compressed air is blown into an empty pocket in the upper half thereof from a nozzle 11 provided near the drum to clean. While the capsules are being conveyed sucked, the appearance thereof is inspected with a reflected light sensor 8.
