PURPOSE:To easily modify the correspondence between the room number and room type of an optional guest room, by transferring a room type conversion module in an external storage device into an internal storage device. CONSTITUTION:When a specific key of a CRT display device 104 with a keyboard is operated, a room type conversion module on a DISK106 is accessed under the control of a CPU101 and stored in a prescribed storage area in an RAM102. Then when a room type and its room number are inputted through said CRT display device 104, the CPU101 rewrites the room type various guest room control tables provided on the DISK106 according to the room type conversion mode in the RAM102.
