PURPOSE:To smoothly perform a thin layer scattering with uniform spread through a simplified mechanism by a method wherein under a release end of a belt conveyer, a cone type soil-sand guide body is installed horizontally against a conveyer angle of elevation. CONSTITUTION:A cone type soil-sand guide body A consists of a main frame 1, a flat disc 2 at a summit and guide rails 3 installed in line in a radiate type on the peripheral surface of the main frame, and this guide body A is installed horizontally against a conveyer angle of elevation under a belt conveyer B. The soil-sand running down from the head part of a conveyer 15 passes through an induction chute 16 and is piled on the flat disc 2 of the soil-sand guide body A in a cone shape, and further, it slips down from the outer circumference of the cone passing through each guide plate 3, running on the outer circumference surface of the main frame 1, of which the upper face is formed into a circular shape and the lower face is formed into an ellipse shape, and then is released and spread uniformly on the spread surface a certain length off along the center line of the conveyer. As a result, the intended thin layer spread is made feasible.
